Common questions
Your questions, answered straight
No jargon, no surprises — just what Denver drivers want to know before they book.
What does the 24-month warranty cover?
Every repair comes with a 24-month / 24,000-mile warranty on parts and labor. If something we fixed fails within that window, we make it right.
What is a digital inspection?
Our technicians photograph what they find — a worn brake pad, a leaking hose, a cracked belt — and send the photos straight to your phone, so you see the problem before we touch it.
Who works on my car?
ASE-certified technicians handle every job, from an oil change to a full diagnostic.
Do you work on my make and model?
Yes. We service all makes and models, not just one brand.
My check engine light is on. What happens next?
We run a full diagnostic, show you the digital inspection photos, and explain what's wrong before any work starts.
Do you handle suspension and steering problems?
Yes. From a shaking wheel to a pull to one side, we inspect and repair suspension and steering components.
How much will my repair cost?
Every car and issue is different, so we quote after a diagnostic or inspection, not before. Get a free quote and we'll give you a straight number.
What are your hours and where are you located?
We're on South Broadway in Denver, open Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 6pm.
